Print and fill out this form so funds your student earns from fundraising can be used for expenses (shoes, shirts, etc).

Attend booster meetings (1st Thursday @ 6:30 pm)

Volunteer at fundraising events (car washes, 4th of July, etc)

Volunteer at the booster table during football games.
It doesn't take a lot to support these talented, young people!
